SeaDream Yacht Club has appointed James Scott as Trade Sales Director for the UK and Ireland.
James joins the cruise line from Hapag-Lloyd Cruises where he has been Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland since July 2024.
He has also worked for Cunard, Oceania Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Holland America Line, and Seabourn.
James replaces Mark Schmitt, who left SeaDream in November to join JTA Travel Group as Head of Cruise.
In the role, James’ focus will include strengthening existing trade partnerships, expanding distribution, and supporting agents with tools and training.
He said: “SeaDream’s approach to yachting – intimate, unhurried, and highly personal – stands apart in the market.
“I look forward to working closely with our trade partners to introduce more guests to a yachting experience that prioritizes time, access, and genuine connection.”
