InteleTravel has appointed agent Lisa-Marie Smith as its new Training Manager as the homeworking agency continues to build on its expansion plans.
Lisa-Marie Smith has been with the business for five years as an agent, and previously spent 10 years working for an event management company in Dubai.
Lisa-Marie will be based in InteleTravel’s London office and will ‘implement a new training strategy and control the new onboarding training process over numerous channels’.
She will continue to work as an InteleTravel agent alongside her training role, looking after some of her high-value clients.
Lisa-Marie said: “I’m excited to bring my experience to this role and the plans ahead will only strengthen our position in the homeworking sector.”
UK and Ireland Managing Director Tricia Handley-Hughes added: “We are delighted Lisa-Marie has joined as we continue to expand and further improve our training programme for advisors.”
