Akasa Air has appointed AVIAREPS as its general sales agent (GSA) in the UK to support its sales and marketing strategies.
The airline, which launched in August 2022, claims to be the fastest-growing in India, with a fleet of 40 aircraft flying to 28 domestic and seven international destinations.
Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer Anand Srinivasan said: “Given the growing economic significance of the country and Akasa’s strategic interest in the UK, this move further enhances our sales and distribution network in international points of sale.
