A homeworking group has cut its monthly subscription fee to encourage more agents to take the leap into self-employment.
Your Endless Travel is also hoping the reduction from £125 a month to £47 will make it easier for existing homeworkers to move from other consortia.
It also trains new-to-travel members, with the same monthly fee applicable to all, but with higher sign-up fees that include three months of training and leads.
Founded in 2020 by former Holidaysplease Sales Team Manager Luke Skinner (pictured left)and former TUI Business Development Manager Ross Griffiths (pictured right), Your Endless Travel currently has two self-employed members and a retail outlet in Ludlow, Shropshire.
“We started the business aiming to be a homeworking company, but then an opportunity came up to open a Ludlow store and that has been a real success,” said Luke.
“However, we are set up as a homeworking company, not a chain of retail stores – that’s not to say we won’t have others if opportunities come up, but we are actively looking to grow the homeworking side of the business.”
Despite feeling confident that Your Endless Travel offers members more than its competitors in terms of training, support, marketing, technology, admin, supplier contracts and ATOL protection, Luke said the monthly fee had proved a barrier.
“Even at £125 we were losing money, but we have dropped it to £47 (plus VAT) and we’re prepared to take a bit of a loss on that because we want to get more homeworkers onboard.
“Our challenge has not been generating enough booking enquirie; we have enough people wanting to book holidays, but we don’t have enough people selling them.”
He said Your Endless Travel specialises in tailormade mid- to long-haul travel, focusing on destinations such as Japan, North America, Australasia and Africa, as well as emerging Central Asia destinations. Its average booking value is £8,000.
It provides members with four pathways: Experienced Agents, Return to Travel, Retrain within Travel and New to Travel.
Commission starts at 40% (with company-generated leads) and 60% (own leads), rising to 50% and 70% respectively once agents reach £5,000 commission in a calendar month.
The company has also introduced a new Own Brand pathway for established travel businesses that want to trade under their own name while benefiting from Your Endless Travel’s ATOL cover, supplier agreements and back-office systems.
Its next intake of new-to-travel agents is scheduled for 7–8 September 2026.
