Hays Travel and cruise.co.uk have agreed to charter ultra-luxury cruise ship Oceania Nautica for summer 2027.
The collaboration marks the first time Hays has chartered a ship for a UK summer season.
Six sailings are planned on Oceania Nautica, from 17 July to 26 August 2027, mostly no-fly options from Southampton, designed for the UK market.
Oceania confirmed it has cancelled scheduled sailings on Oceania Nautica in July and August next year to facilitate the Hays/cruise.co.uk charter. It said all booked customers have been contacted. UK & Ireland Vice President Sales Paule Beale said: “We’ll be working closely with agents to ensure we find a solution for any affected bookings that works for their clients.”
Hays owner and Chair Dame Irene Hays said: “Cruise continues to be a key strategic growth area for Hays Travel, and we know our customers will appreciate the luxury experience on board Oceania Nautica and the excellent choice of itineraries.”
The collaboration follows Hays Travel’s acquisition of cruise.co.uk in July 2025.
Hays has been focusing on expanding both its luxury and cruise offerings.

Pre-registration will go live between 29 May and 3 June, before general sale opens on 4 June 2026.

- 27 July, no-fly ‘Grand Iberian Tapestry’: 12 nights roundtrip from Southampton, Prices from £2,999pp
- 8 August, no-fly ‘Vineyards, Canvases and Chateaux’: eight nights roundtrip from Southampton. Prices from £2,099p
- 16 August, no-fly ‘Norwegian Fjords and Nordic Light’: seven nights roundtrip from Southampton. Prices from £1,899pp
- 23 August, ‘Iberian Return’: three nights from Southampton. Prices from £699
