Harry Styles’ mum and micro influencer join Typically as brand ambassadors

Harry Styles’ mum, Anne Twist, has become an ambassador for Typically Holidays’ new luxury collection.

Managing Director Daniele Broccoli signed up the pop star’s mum and and another influencer, Charlene Evans, to represent the brand, after being introduced to them by travel agent Rebecca Murphy, who runs Travelvista in Manchester.

Anne has gained a huge following since her son shot to fame in the boy band One Direction, before becoming a megastar in his own right. She has 2.6m Instagram followers and already has a dedicated Typically section on her page.

Daniele took Anne and Charlene on a four-day trip to Rimini, Bologna and Cesenatico last week, to visit properties featured in the Typically Luxury Collection.

The collection is a ‘handpicked selection of Typically Luxury’s finest hotels’, and the team spent 18 months putting it together. Upmarket properties Anne and Charlene visited included the Grand Hotel da Vinci Cesentatico and the Grand Hotel Rimini, where Princess Diana once stayed.

Anne and Charlene will be promoting more hotels and destinations in the luxury programme, which launches today (21 May).

Daniele said: “I don’t know anything about Harry Styles, or his songs, and Anne said that was really refreshing! We all got on so well – Anne and Charlene are lovely people and they’re the perfect luxury travel ambassadors for Typically.

“It’s great to get the Typically name out there among Anne and Charlene’s followers and we’re looking forward to working together again.”
