Group travel specialist Groupia Ltd has entered administration, cancelling all bookings from 1 September.
The Bath-based direct-sell company, which launched in 2002, traded as Groupia Golf, GoHen, StagWeb, Groupia School Trips and Company Away Days.
It has appointed Nigel Fox and Christopher Marsden of S&W Partners LLP as joint administrators on 16 June.
Bookings due to depart on or before 31 August are expected to operate as planned under arrangements with ABTOT.
Customers will continue to be able to manage these bookings through Groupia’s VIP booking system.
