CV Villas has appointed Grace Clay as Business Development Executive to support and strengthen its trade partnerships.
Grace joined the company in October from Anglia Ruskin University where she worked in business development, managing key accounts, delivering events, driving partnership strategy and representing the institution at national industry platforms.
Her previous experience also includes strategic partnership management at creative agencies, as well as leading work placement initiatives at a Leeds-based college in collaboration with SMEs and major national employer.
At CV Villas, Grace supports travel partners across the UK and Ireland, with a focus on its unbranded website, which has attracted more than 12,000 unique trade visitors since launching in January 2026. The platform allows agents to market and quote villa holidays under their own branding.
Her appointment comes as the company reported a 30% increase in trade growth over the past 24 months.
Grace said: “I’m thrilled to join CV Villas at such an exciting time of growth for our trade partnerships. Having spent years building strong key accounts and strategic partnerships, I’m passionate about giving travel agents the tools and support they need to succeed.
“CV Villas has an incredible portfolio and I’m looking forward to working closely with our partners across the UK and Ireland, especially as we continue to roll out major initiatives like our unbranded website, making it easier than ever for agents to showcase and sell villa holidays.”
