Passengers travelling by train to Gatwick Airport today (Tuesday) have been told to allow extra time because of disruption caused by a landslip.
The slip was reported on Monday between Gatwick and Three Bridges, south of the airport, causing one of the lines to be blocked.
Gatwick Express services are not operating. Other trains are running on the remaining available line, but there may be delays as trains wait to pass through the area. Gatwick Express passengers have been told they can use alternative Southern or Thameslink services from East Croydon.
National Rail said passengers to Gatwick should allow an extra 30 minutes for their journey.
The disruption is expected to last until the end of the day.
