The Foreign Office has downgraded the terror threat level for Canada in its latest travel update for the country.
The FCDO now says ‘terrorists are likely to carry out attacks in Canada’. Previous guidance said terrorist attacks were ‘very likely’.
It says the threat is still ‘high’ among groups and individuals who view the UK and British nationals as targets and warns travellers to ‘remain vigilant at all times’.
