Flights to Cologne will operate 13 times a week from 29 March. The Stuttgart service will start on 13 April and will operate six times a week.
The budget airline is also relaunching its Newcastle to Berlin route, with two flights a week between May and October. Flights will operate on Thursdays and Sundays.
Gatwick Head of Aviation Development Jonny Macneal said: “We’re delighted to welcome Eurowings to London Gatwick, offering passengers even greater choice and convenience when travelling to Germany.”
Eurowings Head of Network Relations Reinald Frankewitz said: “We are excited to expand our network in the UK and connect London Gatwick with two of Germany’s strongest cultural and economic regions.
“These new routes to Cologne and Stuttgart offer travellers even greater choice and convenience.”
He added: “The return of our Berlin service from Newcastle for a second summer reflects the strong demand we saw from passengers last year.
“Berlin is a key destination within our European network and we’re pleased to continue offering travellers easy access to one of Europe’s most exciting capitals while further strengthening our partnership with Newcastle Airport.”
Newcastle Airport Head of Aviation Development Chris Ion said: “Berlin is one of our most popular city break destinations and, following strong bookings last year, it’s fantastic that Eurowings will be operating the route again this summer.
“We’ve worked closely with the airline to deliver an enhanced flight schedule with more convenient afternoon departure times – perfect for passengers looking for three our four-day getaways to the city.”
