Escorted touring brands Travelsphere and Just You are extending their opening hours for peaks and have introduced a dedicated trade phone number.
From next week until 13 February, the contact centre will be open from 8am-6pm on Monday and Tuesday; 9am-6pm from Wednesday to Friday; 9am-5pm Saturday; and 10am-2pm Sunday.
The new dedicated trade number, which is live now, is 01858 415210.
The company said changes have been implemented following feedback from travel agents, as part of its Expert Advisory Team, consisting of 10 travel agents.
Trade sales director Tom Morgan (above) said: “By extending our opening hours during the peak booking period and introducing a dedicated trade phone number, we’re responding directly to agent feedback and giving them quicker, more convenient access.
“These enhancements, shaped through our Expert Advisory Team, reflect our commitment to listening, collaborating and continually improving how we support the trade.”
In addition, the operators recently launched a new peaks booking incentive, running throughout January and February.
Agents need to book any Travelsphere and Just You holiday to be in with a chance of winning a range of prizes, including fam trip places and beauty bundle sets.
