Emirates has introduced a new policy, allowing customers to change their travel dates to Dubai as many times as they need, free of charge.
Since 10 August, customers have been able to change their flight, only paying the fare difference when applicable.
The new policy applies to all fare categories, from Saver to Flex fares in Economy, and for Special, Saver and Flex fares in Business class.
Economy Flex Plus, Premium Economy, Business Flex Plus and First Class fares will continue to be fully flexible.
Emirates has also cut refund fees on flights to Dubai to $50 on Economy Saver fares and $25 on Economy Flex fares.
In Business Class, refund fees are now $50 for Special and Saver fares and $25 for Flex fares.
Customers travelling elsewhere across the Emirates network can also make one free date change on tickets booked from 2 April, including journeys connecting through Dubai. They can also hold a fare for 24 hours at no charge.
The airline said the policies have been introduced to ‘help customers travel with greater confidence’.
