EasyJet holidays launches ‘Manage Holiday’ function for trade

EasyJet holidays has launched a new function on its trade portal enabling agents to amend bookings at a lower cost.

The operator has added the new ‘Manage Holiday’ function, which gives agents the ability to make transfers and name changes free of charge, and make changes to their customers’ booking date, flight or seat for £25 per person, rather than £40pp when contacting the trade support team.

As part of the new function, agents will be able to change holiday dates for bookings 28 days or more before departure; amend flight times to another flight on the same day, 28 days or more before departure and make name changes of up to three characters for anyone on the booking other than the lead passenger.

They’ll also be able to add, remove, upgrade or downgrade a transfer, up to five days before departure; add or amend seats prior to check-in and add bags via the airline website.
