EasyJet holidays has opened applications for its first Graduate Management Programme.
The two-and-a-half-year programme will see graduates undertake six-month rotations across easyJet holidays’ customer, operations, commercial and digital functions.
Participants will be given a business-related challenge after their first year and will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position six months before the programme is complete.
Throughout the programme participants will get frequent check ins with board members, mentorship and coaching, 360-degree feedback and the opportunity to attend external conferences.
CEO Garry Wilson said: “As one of the UK’s leading tour operators, we’re passionate about developing a pipeline of diverse, early talent, and accelerating the development of our industry’s future leaders.
“I’m delighted to be launching the very first easyJet holidays graduate programme, which will offer participants a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience of strategic projects that will not only help drive our business forward but will help develop the skills and expertise needed to become a travel industry leader of the future.”
Full details and candidate requirements can be found here. Applications need to be submitted by 12 February and the programme will begin in September.
