DERTOUR’s joint CEO Francis Torrilla is to retire at the end of this month.
Francis joined Kuoni – which became part of the DERTOUR Group in 2015 – as Head of Product in 1998 and became Interim CEO of DERTOUR in August 2022, then CEO in August 2025.
Earlier this year, Ben Boesch was named joint CEO to work alongside Francis ahead of his planned retirement.
Ben has been with DERTOUR since 2023 and previously oversaw strategy and specialist businesses for the group.
Debbie O’Neill, Managing Director of DERTOUR-owned Jules Verne, described Francis as: “A great man, a great boss and someone who will be missed deeply by so many across DERTOUR UK.”
She added: “Thank, you, Francis for leading with humanity and leaving a legacy that will last long after you’ve left.”
