Danny Giles has joined Hapag-Lloyd Cruises as its new National Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland.
Danny, who was previously Crystal’s Regional Sales Manager before being made redundant last October, has also worked for Ponant and Silversea.
Posting on LinkedIn, Danny said: “I’m incredibly proud to be part of a brand with such a rich heritage, renowned for delivering exceptional luxury experiences board beautifully designed small ships sailing to all seven continents.
“I’m looking forward to building and strengthening partnerships across the UK and Ireland, supporting our valued trade partners and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

Danny replaces James Scott, who moved to SeaDream Yacht Club last month to take up the role of Trade Sales Director for the UK and Ireland.
