CV Villas has promoted two trade-facing members of staff as part of a move to work more closely with agents.
Business Development Manager Chris Etheridge has become Senior BDM, taking on more strategic responsibilities, while Senior Sales Manager Erin Glennie becomes Head of Sales.
Chris has been with CV Villas since January 2021, while Erin has been with the company since 2022, joining as Team Leader, then becoming Senior Sales Manager.
Managing Director Pete Brudenell said: “I’m delighted to be able to recognise Erin and Chris for their dedication, hard work and performance, which have led to the creation of new opportunities within the business. With their new roles, we look forward to working even more closely with our valued agent partners.”
The promotions come into effect on 1 May.
