Cunard is reporting a 23% year-on-year increase in bookings for 2024, following the launch of its new ship Queen Anne.
The cruise line made 73,000 additional bookings from 1 January to 31 October this year, compared to the same period in 2023.
Cunard said the launch of Queen Anne in May had been a ‘key driver of this success’ alongside the launch of its winter 2026, summer 2026 and winter 2027 programmes.
There was a 24% rise in bookings from UK guests and a 29% increase from North America.
Cunard added more than half of bookings in the first 10 months of 2024 had come from outside the UK with marketing campaigns driving a 22% increase in international bookings.
The brand also saw a 49% rise in first-time guests, compared to the same period in 2023.
President of Cunard Katie McAlister said: “As we look ahead to 2025, we are proud to report record-breaking bookings that demonstrate the continued strength of Cunard’s commercial performance.
