Crystal is expanding its sales team with the appointment of Holly Glazer from Audley Travel into the newly created role of Business Development Specialist for UK and EMEA.
Holly joins the cruise line on 24 March from Audley, where she has been Senior Trade Sales Executive since July 2023. Holly has also held positions at American Express and the Four Seasons hotel in Whistler.
In her new role, Holly will be responsible for driving growth by ‘unlocking new distribution opportunities, accelerating the development of emerging travel partner accounts and expanding Crystal’s presence across the regions.’
She will report into Crystal Vice-President of Trade Sales for UK and EMEA Luke Smith, who said the cruise line is ‘delighted Holly will be joining the team.’
“I’m confident her expertise in luxury travel, account management, trade sales and delivery of exceptional service will be invaluable to us as we continue to expand our sales presence across these important markets,” he said.
Holly said with her background in luxury travel, she is ‘thrilled to be joining the Crystal team’.
“It is such an exciting time to come on board, and I’m looking forward to playing my part in contributing to the on-going growth of the business,” she added.
