Crystal has confirmed an order for a third next-generation ocean ship with Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri.
The vessel will be delivered in 2034.
It will join Crystal Grace, due to debut in 2028, and a second unnamed sister ship arriving in May 2031, forming a trio of newbuilds.
The cruise line currently has two ships: Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity which will continue to operate following the launch of the new vessels.
Each newbuild will carry 650 guests, with all-veranda accommodation, including new suite categories aimed at solo travellers.
Crystal, which is owned by A&K Travel Group, said the vessels will maintain a high crew-to-guest ratio to support its focus on personalised service, and will feature an Owner’s Suite.
Design features include a wraparound promenade inspired by Crystal’s existing ships, expanded outdoor spaces and al fresco dining options.
The latest order follows the steel-cutting of Crystal Grace and the opening of bookings for its 2028 inaugural season.
