Travel companies can now compare salaries across a range of industry roles through a new benchmarking tool launched by C&M Travel Recruitment.
The free tool combines salary data from C&M and the Office for National Statistics, so pay levels across a range of travel industry roles can be compared.
Users can benchmark salaries, track pay trends over the past decade, compare regional salary variations across the UK and assess current market rates.
C&M said the tool is designed to support employers reviewing pay structures, setting budgets, planning recruitment and developing retention strategies.
