Two Far East sailings on Celebrity Cruises’ Celebrity Solstice have been cancelled to enable the ship to go into dry dock earlier than originally scheduled.
The cancelled sailings are two 12-night ‘Vietnam and Thailand’ itineraries, on 15 and 27 January 2026.
Celebrity said the cancellations were ‘due to an extension to the dry dock programme’ for the ship.
After that, the ship is scheduled to sail on 2 March on a 12-night ‘Thailand and Vietnam’ cruise from Singapore.
Passengers who had been due to sail on the cancelled cruises can receive a refund, or rebook on an alternative sailing, with onboard credit.
A spokesperson said: “We maintain a strict maintenance program for the Celebrity fleet which includes dry docks for ships.
“Due to an extension to the dry dock program for Celebrity Solstice, we have cancelled two sailings in January 2026.
“Affected guests and travel agents have been notified of the change. Affected bookings will have the opportunity to cancel and receive a full refund, re-book on one of three alternative sailings with price protection and an onboard credit, or, choose to book an alternative sailing and pay the prevailing price, as well as receive an onboard credit.”
