Celebrity cancels calls to Labadee until April 2026

Celebrity Cruises has cancelled calls to private resort Labadee in Haiti, for the rest of this year and into spring 2026.

The line is swapping calls on 10 Celebrity Apex sailings between November 2025 and April 2026 for either George Town on Grand Cayman or Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos.

Sister company Royal Caribbean announced in September it would not be calling at the port until at least April 2026, due to ‘an abundance of caution’.

A spokesperson for Royal Caribbean Group said: “We’re closely monitoring the evolving situation in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, by working with local authorities and security teams to prioritise safety.

“While Labadee remains a safe, private destination to visit, and outside of the areas of concern, we’re swapping our visits on some voyages. As a result, we have adjusted some of our itineraries moving forward.

“Rest assured, we will contact any impacted guests or travel agents if anything changes regarding our visits to Labadee.”

Shore excursions already booked for Labadee will automatically be refunded.
