Northamptonshire-based tour operator Fun Travel Ltd has ceased trading as an ATOL holder.
The Civil Aviation Authority said the company traded under the names Bonaire Fun Travel and Caribbean Fun Travel and the bonairefuntravel.co.uk and caribbeanfuntravel.co.uk websites.
The family-run company was licensed under a franchise arrangement with Protected Trust Services Limited (PTS) and offered responsible tourism holidays-of-a-lifetime working with friendly people on the islands, according to its website.
The CAA said consumers with forward bookings should contact Protected Trust Services by email [email protected].
