Car rental firm scoops Which? Customer Service Brand of the Year award

Zest Car Rental has been named by Which? as the best brand in the UK for customer service, beating off competition from top names, including short-listed companies First Direct, John Lewis, Screwfix and NFU Mutual.

Customers told Which? that Zest ‘goes out of its way’ to solve their problems, and offers ‘clear pricing’.

Trailfinders was named as the Which? Travel Brand of the Year, while the runners up were Jet2, Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Saga Ocean Cruises and Zest.

Which? said Trailfinders topped ‘just about every category it’s rated in – from beach holidays to escorted tours’. 

The winners of the Which? Awards were announced at a ceremony in London hosted by TV presenter Vernon Kay.
