Blue Diamond Resorts has appointed a Trade Manager for the UK and Ireland.
Paulina Grzelka joins from Playa Hotels and Resorts, where she was a Business Development Manager for the Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland (GASP) region.
Blue Diamond said that, while Paulina’s job title is new, she will be doing the same role as former BDM Louisa Smith, who has left after eight months.
She will be the first port of call for travel agent enquiries, with the aim of maintaining awareness of Blue Diamond’s property portfolio, which includes Royalton Resorts and Planet Hollywood Hotels, and organising fam trips, workshops and webinars. Her remit also covers the German trade market.
Paulina studied in Berlin and started her travel career with TUI.
