Barbados confirms easing of entry rules

Barbados will no longer require fully vaccinated visitors who already have a negative PCR test to take a second test on arrival.

It has also removed any mandatory quarantine for those who’ve had both jabs.

However, visitors may still be selected at random on arrival for a free rapid antigen test.

Unvaccinated travellers still have to quarantine at pre-approved accommodation for five days and take a second PCR test at a lab or testing hotel at their own expense on day five.

Barbados hasn’t said whether unvaccinated children will still be subjected to a test on arrival or mandatory quarantine.
