Airline extends suspension of Dubai, Riyadh and Dammam flights

KLM Plane in Amsterdam

KLM has extended the suspension of its flights to Dubai, Riyadh and Dammam until 24 October, almost eight months after the Dutch carrier first halted services to the three destinations.

KLM did not give a reason for the latest six-week extension.

However, previous announcements cited the ongoing security situation and uncertainty in the Middle East.

The last KLM passenger flights to Dubai, Riyadh and Dammam operated in February.
