Air India is switching its flights between the London and Ahmedabad from Gatwick to Heathrow following last month’s fatal crash on the route.
The Heathrow service will operate three times a week from 1 August to 30 September, replacing the five-times-weekly Gatwick service.
From Wednesday, the airline will reinstate its two weekly flights between Heathrow and Delhi, which were curtailed following the crash in Ahmedabad, with all 24 weekly flights operating from 16 July.
The Heathrow-Bengaluru service remains reduced from seven times a week to six, and it will reduce further to four times a week from 1 August.
The Birmingham-Amritsar service, which was reduced last month from three flights a week to two, will operate three times weekly from 1 September.
The Birmingham-Delhi service remains reduced from three times weekly to twice weekly.
Flights between Gatwick and Goa and Amritsar and Gatwick remain suspended.
