Hays Travel Independence Group Business Development Managers went back to the floor to support members during Peaks.
Three BDMs visited branches: Amber Bradshaw went to Barnstaple Travel, Helen Williamson visited Admiral Travel Wilmslow, and Stephen Brown (pictured above) joined the team at Seaside Travel Easington.
Between them, the three helped put up window cards, provided social media content, chatted to customers and did some cleaning.

Hays said it designed the scheme to help the team gather feedback from members of the consortium.
