Royal Caribbean revamps Royal Genie tool for agents

Royal Caribbean has revamped its Royal Genie to include new functions for agents, including an AI-driven selling tool.

Agents using the cruise line’s Genie AI will be able to create personalised digital brochures for clients.

Its Pitch It function also allows agents to use AI to tailor quotes for customers and marketing channels such as email, WhatsApp or social media.

In addition, the line’s Senior Sales Director for UK & Ireland Aaron Langford said its Closing Lounge feature gives agents ‘complete visibility of every booking journey, helping them answer questions, remove barriers and guide customers smoothly towards completing their holiday’.

Royal Genie’s other new features include updated ship and port pages, with content and videos to help customers compare ships.

Aaron added: “Ever increasingly, customers expect inspiration, personalisation, and tailored support at every stage of booking their holiday. This is exactly what our reimagined Royal Genie delivers. We’ve invested in a bold visual experience and powerful AI tools that set a new benchmark for the holiday sector.
