Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines’ Bolette has completed a 16-day dry dock, which included refreshing some of its main guest areas.
The ship went in for scheduled maintenance at APCL A&P Falmouth (pictured) last month.
Interior refurbishments included refreshing The Observatory and The Ocean Bar and laying new carpets in the main dining room. More than 50 guest cabin bathrooms were also renovated.
Bolette’s speciality restaurant, Colours & Tastes, now features ‘refined textures and warm, neutral tones’, and this year it will offer a rotating menu including a grill, Italian and Asian cuisines.
Enhancements were also made to the Neptune Lounge to support Fred Olsen’s new entertainment partnership with RWS Global. Upgrades included the installation of a new LED wall and aerial performance structures. New theatre productions will debut on Bolette from June.
As well as the interior updates, Bolette also had technical work done, including hull blasting and painting, stabiliser refurbishments, and new propeller blades to improve environmental performance.
