Expedition cruise conference returns to London with new format

The Expedition Cruise Network (ECN)’s annual conference is returning to Glaziers Hall, London on 29-30 September, with a slightly changed format.

The two-day event, which has been restructured following feedback from last year’s conference, brings together travel advisors, tour operators, expedition cruise companies, destinations, and industry partners from the global expedition cruise community for two days of learning, networking and commercial development.

The changes to the conference schedule include catering to the different levels of experience within the travel trade, enabling delegates to choose the day that best aligns with their level of expedition cruise expertise. Day one will focus on new to intermediate travel advisors looking to sell or expand into expedition cruising, while day two will be dedicated to experienced expedition cruise sellers, product managers, senior leadership and business owners.

The ECN Awards will take place on 29 September in a new venue, although details have yet to be announced.

Agents who sell cruises can register for complimentary places, for either day, depending on their level of experience of the expedition cruise sector. For the first time, there will be up to 20 places available for travel industry professionals who don’t actively sell expedition cruises with tickets for the event costing £479 per person.

More than 200 delegates attended last year’s event and event organisers are hoping to build on that number for 2026.
