Expedition cruise body launches new training tools for agents

The Expedition Cruise Network has launched a guide to selling the Arctic, along with a behind-the-scenes webinar series to show how cruises to some of the most remote regions of the world are put together.

The ECN Arctic Selling Guide is available to members free of charge and costs £9.99 for non-members. Copies are available here.

The webinar series starts on 19 August with an interview with Hapag-Lloyd called ‘Exploring the Amazon’. ECN promises each session will offer practical takeaways agent ‘can use immediately in their sales conversations’.
