DJ and broadcaster Pete Tong MBE performed a 90-minute set onboard P&O Cruises’ Arvia on Saturday (19 September).
The evening event took place in Arvia’s SkyDome while docked at Botafoc Pier, Ibiza during a 14-night Western Mediterranean voyage.
More than 900 guests, including rapper and TV personality Big Zuu and radio DJ Melvin Odoom, were in attendance.
Carnival UK and P&O Cruises President Paul Ludlow said: “Bringing Pete Tong to Arvia in Ibiza was a fantastic opportunity to create something truly special for our guests.
“Pete has played such an important role in shaping the global dance music scene and having him perform exclusively for P&O Cruises in Arvia’s SkyDome felt like a perfect fit.
“We are always looking for ways to surprise and delight our guests with experiences they wouldn’t expect to find on a cruise holiday, and this was a brilliant example of that.”
Pete added: “I’m still thinking about Saturday night. I loved playing in the SkyDome on Arvia. Thanks to everyone who came along and made it so special.”
