Princess Cruises has opened two new specialty dining venues on Diamond Princess.
The line has added a Japanese and sushi restaurant, Makoto Ocean, and its signature steakhouse, Crown Grill, to the Asia-based ship.
Makoto Ocean, which is also on Sun Princess and Star Princess, is located on Deck 7 of the ship, and the menu features dishes such as truffle salmon, snow crab temaki and toro tartare, which can be paired with cocktails inspired by Japanese flavours.
Crown Grill is set in the former Savoy dining room on Deck 5, and dishes include premium aged beef, chops and seafood.
Both dining venues are priced at $55 per person and are included for guests who have purchased the Princess Premier package.
Diamond Princess is currently sailing round-trip from Singapore, visiting destinations including Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam, before returning to Japan for the rest of the year.
