CLIA’s 2027 RiverView conference will go on sale to member agents next Wednesday (16 September) at 11am, with a new shorter ‘Lite’ option being introduced for next year’s event.
The 15th-anniversary RiverView will take place from 5-8 March. As part of the conference, agents can join a two-night sailing from Budapest to Vienna via Bratislava, followed by an overnight in Vienna.
Delegates will sail aboard either AmaSofia, Riviera Radiance or VIVA TWO, with breakfast, dinner and entertainment included.
Vienna will host the conference’s business sessions, while ship visits will be offered with Avalon Waterways, TUI River Cruises, Scenic and Riverside Luxury Cruises. Bratislava will also host a networking trade fair and excursions.
The new RiverView Lite package will run from 6-8 March and include the business sessions, overnight stays on TUI River Cruises and Avalon Waterways, lunch on Scenic, a supplier networking afternoon and ship visits.
VIVA Cruises will also offer a two-night pre-conference sailing aboard VIVA TWO, with agents able to register their interest when booking RiverView.
Ahead of the conference, CLIA will run a new ‘A Week on the Rivers’ series of 40-minute webinars from 12-16 October, covering river cruising in Asia, the Douro, the Nile, Christmas Markets, and the Rhine and Danube.
