APT & Travelmarvel has launched its 2026 Europe Collection, introducing river ship Rigel.
Rigel, named after the brightest star in the Orion constellation, will be a sister ship to Polaris, Capella and Vega vessels and will follow the same design when it launches in April 2026.
More capacity has been added to Travelmarvel’s German river cruises, including the new itinerary The Rhine & Moselle. The new eight-day sailing will take passengers from Basel to Amsterdam between July and September 2026.
Meanwhile, APT will operate a one-off sailing of its luxury 15-day Voyage through the Balkans on a return voyage from Budapest on 13 March 2026.
APT’s Western Front Explorer river cruise from Amsterdam has returned and three new Small Group Journeys in Europe also feature in the 2026 Europe Collection, with itineraries in Spain, Portugal, and Italy for 2025/26.
This includes the seven-day Essence of Portugal tour from Lisbon to Porto, which can be booked as a standalone or an extension to Travelmarvel’s Douro Discovery River Cruise.
